Stroll along the beachfront walkway, listening to the rustle of the palms and the tranquil lap of th waves or step down to the sand for some beach combing at the waters edge. Indulge yourself and relax by the pool with your favorite drink and a good book. A very mellow and relaxing vacation spot. 

It is located off the main highway (north) from the airport, just past the town of Bucerias. The townhouse is arranged in a two story, studio type floor plan, with two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs, full kitchen, combined living/dining room area, and one bathroom downstairs.

All bedrooms have ocean view and open onto a balcony. This unit has one king and one queen bed, and downstairs a futon/sofa in the livingroom. The kitchen is fully- equipped, including stove, refrigerator, coffeemaker, blender, microwave oven, etc., also a bar/counter near the sink for snacks and beverages.
The living room opens directly onto a private beach-facing patio, with a step down to a waterfront yard and private swimming pool.
